Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is a flat rate of $5 anywhere in the USA. No matter how big your order, we just charge $5. Why? Because we are lazy and like to things the easy way!

Q: What if my Panasaya Belt or other product doesn't fit?
A: Send us an email via the contact form and we will issue an RMA. Simply send us back the item and we will send you a different size free of charge.

Q: What if I don't like my Panasaya Belt or other product?
A: We know you will love your Panasaya product, but if not, we offer a %100 refund. Just send us back your product and we will refund your money, %100 minus shipping.

Q: What if my Panasaya product is defective?
A: We haven't had this happen yet, but if it does, we will gladly replace your defective product free of charge, including shipping.

Q: I got my Panasaya Shoelace Belt dirty, can I wash it?

A: Yep! Just throw it in the washing machine with the rest of your dirty clothes.

Q: Will you sponsor me?
A: Maybe! We offer free merch sponsorships for a very select few individuals. If you have a wicked talent that receives a lot of attention, feel free to send us an email via the contact form.
